Meet our Founder

Our Founder and CEO Jack Bull is a qualified management accountant, as well as a dad, a dog dad and a pretty average golfer! After working in Finance in both the UK and NZ for over 23 years and as an industry CFO and Head of Finance for the past seven years, he spent much of his time recruiting, as well as leading teams and projects. He was very fortunate to work with various offshore contractors from around the World and worked firsthand with some exceptional talent.

Jack realized that it was absolutely crucial to find highly skilled professionals who are also a great fit with the team to ensure success and that was always the “crux” of the issue. After seeing many companies struggle to hire the right talent, he decided to use his global network to found Starshore Recruit and provide clients with the best global talent available that meets their needs and works alongside their team to achieve their desired outcomes. The rest as they say, is history.
